About Adelaide Tile & Grout
A straightforward way to get tiles and grout cleaned in Adelaide: published prices, online booking, and one business that looks after the job from start to finish.
How it works
Adelaide Tile & Grout is run by Strivo, an Adelaide business that operates local home-service brands. We set the prices, take your booking and your payment, and handle any questions or problems.
The cleaning and sealing is done by an independent local tile cleaner in Adelaide, working under our name as a subcontractor. Regrouting and grout repair are done by a licensed tiler. That’s how we can offer published prices and online booking without you having to chase quotes from several small operators.
What “vetted” means
Before a cleaner works under our name, we check:
- An active ABN
- The right equipment for the job, including tile and grout tools and rinse-and-extract gear
- Examples of their past tile and grout work
- Proof of their own public liability cover
- For regrouting: a current South Australian building work contractor’s licence covering tiling
Why our prices are public
Of the Adelaide tile cleaners we looked at, only one publishes any price, and that one has a minimum charge of several hundred dollars; the rest say “call for a quote”. We think you should know roughly what a job costs before you pick up the phone, so every cleaning and sealing price is on our prices page. Regrouting is the exception, because no two regrouts are the same size; it is quoted after an inspection. If something on the day means a price needs to change, you’re told before any work starts.
What we don’t do
We stick to cleaning and sealing tiles and grout, and regrouting through a licensed tiler. We don’t do waterproofing, leak repairs, re-tiling or stone polishing. Pressure washing of pavers, driveways, concrete, roofs and house washing is handled by our sister brand, PressClean.
No reviews yet
We’re new in Adelaide under this name, so there are no customer reviews to show yet. We’d rather show you our prices than invent testimonials. Once real customers leave reviews, you’ll find them on our Google listing.
If something isn’t right
Contact us, not the cleaner. You booked with us, so we’ll sort it out with you.
